A global agreement for all Eramet’s Employees

When you join with Eramet you are part of a world Group! The signing of the Eramet Global Care agreement between the employee representatives in the main countries where the Group is established and Eramet’s Management is a Proof of the quality and dynamics of the social dialogue in the company. Signed on June 5, 2024, this global agreement concerns a common social protection floor. It offers to all employees’ essential guarantees in Health Coverage, and Access Terms care, maternity leave and working conditions women and Death Coverage.

Eramet is the first mining group to have negotiates this type of agreement that gives concrete expression to a commitment in the roadmap “Act for Positive Mining”.
